1. Order Processing
- All orders begin processing immediately after payment confirmation.
- Standard processing time: 1–7 business days.
- Personalized items: May require an additional 1–3 business days.
- Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled.
- Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping Time & Fees
Shipping fees and available delivery methods are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Times (Excluding processing time)
United States
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Fast Shipping: 5–10 business days
International
- Standard Shipping: 14-20 business days
- Fast Shipping: 10-15 business days
- Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- During peak seasons, holidays, or carrier delays, shipping may require an additional 5–10 business days.
- Final delivery is handled by the local postal carrier in the destination country.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.
- All customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
- We are not responsible for customs-related delays.
4. Delivery Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
- We are not responsible for delivery failures due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Refusal of delivery
- Absence at delivery time
- Theft after confirmed delivery
- Once tracking shows “Delivered”, the order is considered fulfilled.
5. Address Changes
- Shipping addresses may only be updated within 6 hours of placing the order.
- After production begins, address changes are not permitted.
6. Shipping Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Carrier-related issues
- Weather disruptions
- Customs inspections
- Force majeure events beyond our control
